Booking Policy

Arrival

  • Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete a consultation form.
  • Arrive without mascara to maximize your session time.
  • Late arrivals won’t extend sessions; timely attendance ensures optimal results and avoids charges for full service.

Kids

  • For safety reasons, please refrain from bringing children to your appointment, as our tools and procedures are unsafe for them. Supervision is challenging during closed-eye treatments.

Booking/Reschedule/Cancellation/No-Show

  • Changes or cancellations within 24 hours aren’t permitted. Within this window or no-shows, the full appointment price is charged. This values both your and our time. We guarantee dedicated service when you’re on time.

  • Arriving more than 15 mins late is treated as a cancellation. Limited service time affects results. Booking refusal and refunds are at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right to cancel a booking for any valid reason, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances, staff availability, or safety concerns. In the event of a booking cancellation, we will make every effort to contact you in advance and reschedule your appointment at a mutually convenient time.
  • For clients seeking cosmetic tattoo services, including Ombre Brows, Microblading, Eyeliners Tattoo, and Lips Blushing, please be aware of the following specific policy:

    We do not reserve the deal price for unbooked sessions, even if you have completed the first session. To ensure that you can take advantage of the special deal price, it is essential to rebook right after your first session. Failure to do so may result in the regular pricing being applied for any subsequent appointments.

Refund

  • Fees cover artist’s time, products, and expenses.
  • No refunds for any reason.
  • Contact us within 5 days for concerns; fixes at fault of application/product include a complimentary 30-min touch-up.
  • Concerns after 5 days or improper aftercare lack coverage.
